What Is A Rapid Keto Diet Pill? 

Diet Pills like from Rapid Keto, claim to be able to bring you into ketosis faster by providing you with exogenous ketones. Ketosis is the process where your body transitions from a carb-burning to a fat-burning mode.

Whilst the ketogenic diet gained more traction, more and more supplement companies raised out of nowhere to brand their supplements with the label “Keto”.

It has become quite hard to distinct all the different products which are on the market right now. They all come with similar names but from different companies and have different ingredients. Rapid Keto, Keto Rapid Max, Rapid Max Keto for example are supplements with almost the same label but are from different companies. Are these confusion tactics done on purpose?

It seems that these companies dont want to stick out with their products, providing unique products and each one wants to get some publicity from the other name. Well, that are just assumptions, but this is still somewhat sketchy.

Ketogenic Diets have taken the world by storm when they were first introduced. But who is the company behind Rapid Keto?  The US-based company known as Keto Max are producing the Rapid Keto Weight Loss Pills.

What Are The Ingredients of Rapid Keto? 

 

Rapid Keto contains a combination of several ingredients:

 

• Magnesium BHB (beta-hydroxybutyrate), calcium BHB & sodium BHB. These are the ingredients which supposedly are able to bring you into ketosis.

 

• Magnesium stearate as a filling agent for capsules.

 

• Metabolic Active ingredients such as Garcinia cambogia, young green barley, forskolin, and ginseng.

 

• Stevia (a sweetener, but why in a pill?)

 

Rapid Keto Pros: 

 

• Unlike other Keto Diet Pills such as Ketotrim, these come at least with a few proven weight loss ingedrients such as Garcinia cambogia and forskolin. If you lose weight when taking Rapid Keto, it will be because of these ingredients. 

 

Rapid Keto Cons: 

 

• Can cause Diarrhea & upset stomach
• Will yield zero results if you are not already following a ketogenic diet, like “The Custom Keto Diet” (which defeats its whole purpose)
• Expensive 
• Not enough long-term studies on BHB modified ingredients 

 

 

Conclusion

Rapid Keto is yet another weight loss supplement which jumps on the keto diet bandwagon. Ketogenic diets work, and are amongst the most popular weight loss diets in the world.

However, this opened the doors for many companies to use the name keto to brand their products with it. When people hear or see keto, they most often associate it with weight loss (and rightfully so). It seems that these companies are taking advantage of that. 

As a matter of fact, ketosis is an extremely complex process and transition for your whole body which cannot be skipped just by taking pills. Diet pills like the ones presented on Shark Tank, Keto Trim or Rapid Keto, may can help you with your weight loss efforts if you are already following a ketogenic diet, but doesnt that somewhat defeat the whole purpose of keto pills?

At least Rapid Keto packed some proven weight loss ingredients in their product such as Garcinia gambogia, but we assume this was made to make their product actually do something, because the lack of impact the BHB ingredients have. Magnesium, calcium and sodium are readily available in any 5$ walmart vitamin and shouldnt be sold as the main ingredients of an expensive weight loss supplement.
