- To work out the muscles around your mouth, say O and X in a row. By doing this you make your facial muscles move and contract. Do this routine daily, repeating it as often as you can.
- Get rid of chubby cheeks by working your cheek muscles. All it takes is to do a fish face by sucking in your cheeks. Repeat 15 times every day for good results.
- Get all your facial muscles contracting by opening your mouth roundly and widely. Try to hold that position for 6 seconds and relax. Repeat up to 25 times through out the day.
- Suck your mouth full with air so that your face looks bloated and round. Try to keep your lips closed in doing so and move the air in your cheeks from side to side. Do this for 6 minutes through out the day.
- By doing facial massage you can shed considerable amount of fat from your facial area by regular facial massage. It can enhance blood and oxygen circulation which, in turn, can aid in tighten your skin.”
Cut down Your Sugar and Salt intake
